Delivery of convectors

Delivery of orders across Ukraine is carried out with the help of transport agencies, in particular, Novaya Poshta. Delivery payment is made by the recipient.

Delivery by our employees in Kyiv is also available. This option is free if the value of your order exceeds UAH 35,000.

The delivered goods must be checked by you upon receipt (check for integrity and completeness), which is indicated in the note in the act of acceptance and handover of the goods. If you refuse to comply with the above-mentioned conditions, further claims will not be accepted by the store.

Order payment

Payment for goods is made only by non-cash payment, both for individuals and for legal entities.

Payment is made in the following way: after placing the order, you will receive an invoice by e-mail, which you can pay at the cash desk of any bank branch or from your company’s current account.

For natural persons, to receive the goods, it is necessary to have an identity document with you.
